You can do so many things with salmon. Sweet, savory and just about any type of seasonings works. This was my first try at eating salmon with cheese and it was delicious. My sister introduced me to the dish during a FaceTime chat. She was raving about it during the entire call (as she ate it). I was so jealous that I demanded the recipe.
  • 1 skinless salmon filet
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan Crusted Salmon Coating
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley and salt in a bowl large enough to fit the salmon.
  3. Whisk egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Dredge the salmon in the egg first and then the crust mixture.
  5. Place the salmon on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
