Eggnog typically contains a ton of fat and calories and some consider it the worst drink of the holidays. Try this delicious lower calorie version to enjoy the festivities.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup egg substitute
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • ½ cup fat-free creamer
  • 2 tablespoons Truvia
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • cinnamon to taste
  • rum (as desired)
  • freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
Directions
  1. Pour all ingredients into a container and mix until thickened.
  2. Cover and allow to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.

Makes 4 6-ounce servings.
