Eggnog typically contains a ton of fat and calories and some consider it the worst drink of the holidays. Try this delicious lower calorie version to enjoy the festivities.
Ingredients
- ½ cup egg substitute
- 2 cups skim milk
- ½ cup fat-free creamer
- 2 tablespoons Truvia
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- cinnamon to taste
- rum (as desired)
- freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
Directions
- Pour all ingredients into a container and mix until thickened.
- Cover and allow to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
Makes 4 6-ounce servings.
