Summer means squash. When you are craving a healthy snack try Zucchini Chips.
Ingredients
- zucchini (uncooked)
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- sea salt
- cracked black pepper
- parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Slice zucchini into really thin slices.
- Spray zucchini with olive oil. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spread slices out on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
