Summer means squash. When you are craving a healthy snack try Zucchini Chips.
Ingredients
  • zucchini (uncooked)
  • olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • sea salt
  • cracked black pepper
  • parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Slice zucchini into really thin slices.
  3. Spray zucchini with olive oil. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spread slices out on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
